QBATCH

HI List

The batch queue name comes from the following 3 places:
1) JDE.INI file on the client
2) Queue name in the version detail
3) Overrideen in RUNUBE at the enterprise server.

At present all our versions run under multi threaded QB7333 queue unless it has been overridden by one of the above 3 methods.

I have a situation wherin the UBEs submitted through the WEBMETHODS at enterprise server always run in QBATCH. I can not find any reference to this queue anywhere.

I hope someone can point me in the right direction to reslove this issue.

Hi

QBATCH is actually hardcoded in jde code. if a machine cannot find a
jde.ini file or something happens to communications between client and
server then jde brings out a hardcoded value of QBATCH from the code.

Hope this helps

Isn't QBATCH the default AS400 queue? Is it possible that Webmethods is bypassing OneWorld queuing?

I'm not up on web stuff, but usually the queue is determined on the AS/400 via a job description associated with the user submitting the job.
