Load Library failed d:\\JDEdwardsOneWorld\\B7333\\PLANNER\\bin32\\COBJLIB.dll

e are having issues on our deployment server which produce these errors:
"Load Library failed d:\JDEdwardsOneWorld\B7333\PLANNER\bin32\COBJLIB.dll
function _OMWGetNextConfigSetting@12 Error = 127"

We only get it on certain applications, namely the ESU application so we
can't apply necessary fixes. We have tried several things including
getting JDE to send us all of there bin32 dlls and replacing ours. We have
reverted back to prior service packs and reverted back to previous planner
pathcodes/directories.

These are only on the deployment server (using the DEP7333 or JDEPLAN
environments) and only when using certain functions (the search light
button also produces these errors but for a different dll).

Anyway, you got any suggestions/ideas?

You may try running busbuild.exe on the deployment server and running build all for the planner pathcode.

We had similar issue. It was different dll name, and it was not a deployment server (fortunately). Dll was failing during certain operations on one particular box. We rebuilt all packages, redeployed them many times, but it didn't help.
Eventually we had to reinstall Windows from scratch on that box.
I guess, something happened on OS level.
With deployment server it can take 1-2 days to rebuild it from scratch (If you will make proper backups, of course)
If you have copied DLLs from another box, and they are still failing, this might be the only fast solution.

Hi,

Have you try to install or reinstall the planner ESU. The PLANNER ESU replaces the bin32 directory on the deployment server. Usually your error message happens when some build function was not compiled properly.

We have tried applying the planner ESU, but we are getting this error before we can apply that ESU. This dll error is preventing us from applying any ESUs. We also tried to run busbuild over the planner pathcode, but we can't do that because there is no source code. How can you run the busbuild.exe over the planner pathcode?
Thanks!

Just to let everyone know we did end up re-building our deployment server and restoring files from backup. This seems to be the only solution that would fix the problem. Becuase of this, we moved to a warm backup deployment server that can be restored in a few hours instead of 2 days.
