F4201 Transaction Date Prior to Actual Entry Date

This is the second time in a few weeks where the transaction date(SHTRDJ) has a value less thatn the actual entry date of the order. Looking at the table w/UTB the dates of the orders before and after have the correct entry date. Does anyone have an idea of why or how this could happen? TIA

this happens when the user keys in an earlier date. The Order Date field is the TRDJ field and is modifiable by the user. This is reasonable for situations when the order may be received a day or more before it is actually entered into the system.
