this problem only happens though thin client.
user is prompted to change password. they change it and click on ok. message box appears saying could not load environment. if user logs out of citrix and then trys to log back into jde, they enter new password, they can get in.
on kg, they appear to have this issue in b9. has anybodyelse seen this in XE
