Print paper size

We have a report destined for pre-printed laser stationery. We're having alignment problems. After trying lots of permutations it comes down to this.
On the same PC, when logged in to the PC/LAN as a user and without logging out of the PC. 2 Users take it in turns to log in to JDE, and run the report locally to produce the output in Acrobat. For one user the output is 8.5x11 inches for the other user its 8.27x11.69.

So the only difference is who you login as but the page size comes out different. So the setting must be in JDE ............... but where?????

Any clues much appreciated.

My bad. Funny how writing it down makes you see the problem accurately.

User 1 had a default printer for each enterprise server
User 2 had one record for *ALL host
Therefore User 1 wasn't covered for LOCAL and was defaulting back to the UBE RDA setting which must be defaulted to 8.5x11.
