LaunchUBE Error on JAS

Hi,
We have recently upgraded our Service Pack from SP18.1 to SP20.
After the upgrade, we are having problems in Sumbitting Reports through Web/Html Client. We are able to Submit the Reports Successfully through Fat Client.
Our jas.log gives the following error message
- KERNEL : *ERRROR* LaunchUBE: LaunchUBE failed- error 4.

Please Help.

My Config
OW - XE - SP20,
Enterprise Server - AS/400(720) - V5R1,
Web Server - AS/400(270) - V5R1.
