If you are going to install planner ESU JD16916 and do not have F964001.h in your Path Code\Include directory you will want to review OTM-02-0036 dated 10/21/02.

I prompted for values and put the path in where the xml files are according to OTM-02-0039. I run the app, do an Add but nothing ever comes up to add like it can't find the xml files.
