I'm looking for a Credit Card processing application that can integrate with
Sales Order Entry in JDE. Currently our Customer Service reps have to
process CC's on a stand-alone PC that does the dial-up authentication and
processes the charges (which are manually keyed in after JDE calculates the
total bill), then the reps manually key in authorization numbers back into
JDE.
Can anybody recommend an application that does this?
