Web stress test !!

Hi Guys...
currently we are doin a stress test for jde through web.
we are using sun fire 4800 machine as enterprise server with 4 gb ram and oracle database 8.1.6 on database server (sunfire4800)with 2gb ram.
we have jas server on sun solarisv880 with udb7.2.we are using websphere 3.5
currently when we users login and access the data thro' web,
server stops responding after 90-100 users.we have around 330 users.if anyone knows pls let us know wht can be the issues and procedure to doa strss test thro'web.
we hav tuned enterprise server jde.ini & websphere 3.5 (jas.ini)with jde documentation.

how many jas instances do you have on your web server.
For 330 users I would have four jas instances at least.

I'd second that - I know that JDE told us that we could look to runnung c150 users per instance but there's a JAS.ini setting [OWWEB] Maxuser that defaults to 100.
