Simulated Cost Rollup is ending in error while trying to allocate memory

While trying to do a full simulated multi-level cost rollup, we are getting memory allocation errors after the program runs on the server for about 18 minutes. This is preventing us from doing full cost rollups. I've logged a call with JDE, and found two similar SAR's on the KG, but would appreciate any information or ideas anyone on the JDEList may have about this. Here is a copy of the jde.log file's beginning:
