UBE0000084 Error

Hi Folks,
We got this error on Production for the nightly job.

UBE0000084 ERROR: Function: PDFDocGen_Save, Code: 536936464, Message: Expected a number object.

Can someone help on this as to what the problem could be.

Before helping you out, please provide the following information:

1. Type of Enterprise and Deployment Server
2. Release level of the OneWorld and Enterprise Server

I'm not from the technical side of things so I'm not sure the exact reason, but it has to do with too many submitted jobs being stored somewhere.
For a quick fix, go into submitted reports and delete old submitted reports. There is a report R9861101 that will delete old reports for you and prevent this from happening. There are directions to using this report on the JDE.com knowledge garden (it must be run locally if under service pack 20)

Hi there,

Check solution ID 200979348 on JDE site. Usualy PDFDocGen_Save erros are related to lack of disk space where the print queue is located or to adobe pdf size limit usualy from 2Gb up to 10Gb.
