HTML Clients Slow 1st Time

I have installed JAS (HTML) SP20 and have it working. The First time loading the Menus takes 4 minutes 30 seconds. The second time takes only 3 seconds. Does anyone else have this problem after rebooting/stopping - starting WebSphere? Is it really expected that we do not reboot the WebSphere server that Clears the CACHE?

Can you tell me what is your os version /oneworld version and sp version ....?

search an ESU on Knowledge Garden about change datadictionary field of table F989998 and F989999. That ESU is about this kind of performance problem.
