System Constant SetUp Error

We are in fresh JDE Implementation,In distribution and Logistics we are seting up Our client Item Master data G4641--->P4101 ZJDE0001.After entering the deatils of Item and click to save
We get an Error " system constant Not Set Up"
We are in Prototype Environment.I appriciate Help for this problem from any one

Yes, I had been to P41001 ,after adding it gives " CONSTANTS NOT SET UP" So pls gvie me idea how to set up constants.
