Files that Begin with QACX*

I have some files that some user ID's on the 400 has ownership to. These file all begins with QACX* and are type File.

Can I delete these or do I need to change the ownership of these files back to ONEWORLD.

Anything on the AS400 (objects, files etc) that
begin with the letter "Q", are OPERATING SYSTEM objects and it would be
best to leave them alone.

So if this is the case how/why will the ownership get assigned to particular user id on the 400. These files are all part of the B7333sys library not QGPL

If it QACX like a duck then it probably is.
