Kill a user/process on CITRIX

I am looking for a way to identify and kill a user/process on our Citrix Farm, but I don't want to do it via Citrix. Here is my situation: Our testing team is working in PY. The program they are testing "locks up". They cannot exit or close OW. If they exit Citrix, the next time they log on, they return to the "locked" program. Currently our network admin "kills" the Citrix session. Is there some other way to indentify the user or process on the AS400? I have tried a number of methods to this, but have not met with much success.

Thanks,

Why not set the system to reset disconnected sessions after say a 5 minute period?

This can be configured within Citrix.

How are your users accessing Citrix? Through the ICA client or NFuse? You can have the users double click on the ICA icon in the lower right (beside the clock) of the Windows task bar, select the correct session (we have multiple apps on Citrix, maybe you do or don't) and choose Disconnect or Terminate. The session will be killed and the user can re-enter a new session.
