Has anybody come across this before?
Client has Xe SP19, MetaFrame XP, Win2K server, Acrobat 5.05.
Individual users can download and view up to 6 pdf files per session (either simultaneously or one at at time). When they try to view a seventh file, Acrobat reader opens, but without the required report. The user can then not open any more pdf files without closing their Citrix session and opening a new one. There is plenty of space on the \temp volume and no quota management software or anything similar is in use.
The actual number of pdf files varies from 5 to 8, but there doesn't seem to ba a pattern relating to size of files, number of pages etc.
