P4210 \"K\" Item Selection Popup
When entering a Sales Order for items with a “K” stocking type, a Kit
Selection Window (P41351) will pop-up after every sales row/line. You
can turn off the “Check Availability” in the PO of the P4210, but you
cannot turn off the Kit Selection Window from popping up.
We have over 8,000 kits and this screen is a major nuisance and time
delay for Order Entry.
Two Questions:
1. Does anyone know how to turn off this screen in the event rules of
P4210 in FDA, etc?
2. If a resolution to this issue would help your business or clients,
can you please get on the JDE SAR notification chart for this issue:
SAR# 505-5748?
(I initially submitted this SAR on 4/3/01 and JDE has it on the back
burner because only 4 clients want it.)
To get on the SAR notification chart:
A. Log into the KG
B. Click on “Search” and check “Support”
C. Type in “5055748” in the search window, click search.
D. Click on the search result.
E. Click “Subscribe” and fill in your info, etc.
