Dr Watson and F98750

[frown] Hi all,

We have recently upgraded to XE (XU3 SP17.1) and we are getting frequent Dr.Wastons. Looking thruough the Dr Watson logs, there is always a reference to F98750 (FDA Text Info) and FTOBNM.

Any ideas what this means or if there is something I should look at.

thanks

Barry

HI Barry,
Are you getting them only in a specific application? We got them in Speed
Voucher Entry. Delete your grid formats. If it is only one application, go
into OMW, go into the program you are getting the error, such as F4101. Go
to table design, change one field, save it, change the field back to what it
was, save it and it will go away. I spend months with this error and a
person from this list finally had me do this and it worked! No more errors
for us.

Does this happen in all your env. If not you may want to compare the table specs in, also make sure that no new indexes were addes, if you had indexes from your previous release re-generate the indexes.
