Web view in OneWorld Explorer...

I'm having a problem with the web-style view in OW Explorer. For a certain
user on a certain computer,
OW always comes up in this view, even though that's not the user's chosen
view, and save settings
on exit is not chosen. The buttons for the other views are grayed out, and
the web view is actually
in a separate window from the main explorer window. I found some SARs about
something similar
on the KG, but they seemed to be only about terminal server, and to have
been fixed in SP18
(we're on 19.1). My question is, has anyone else had this problem, and how
can I get back
to a list view for this user on this computer, since none of the other
buttons are available?

Delete the user's local Windows profile and that should solve your problem.
