S.A.W. (server admin workbench)

I am having some problems with SAW. When I attempt to view who is on the system, the display is less than accurate. Sometimes a user will show up multiple times, with one of the locations blank. I have even seen a user identified as being logged on from the enterprise server (AS400--how is that possible?) THe documentation on SAW is less than stellar. I have also seen the same user identified on the same location multiplpe times. This is really confusing.

At this point in time my main use of SAW is to monitor who is/is not logged on to OW. Other than SAW is there some other means of itentifying what users are on the system?

I think they made enhancements to SAW with SP 20, your issue has been a long running one, hopefully it's better in sp 20
