We are a co-existence site (World 7.3 & OW Xe) currently undertaking a
review of our existing training and procedures. We are seeking guidance and
advice from other users who have implemented internal training and developed
systems procedures successfully. I'm particularly interested in the strategy
adopted, the approach taken to develop skills, the evaluation instruments
used, the role of super users, the variety and effectiveness of tools used
to deliver training, barriers to progress and any other pertinent areas.
