Processing Option Text MISSING

In our DV7333 environment, the text on the processing options are missing. The tab titles are blank and the text description next to the text boxes is missing. The Processing Options are fine in PY and PD. I tried doing a manual copy of the potext.ddb & xdb files from the deployment server (PD7333/spec) to a fat-client machine as a test, but that didn't work. I also tried doing a table copy in OMW of F98306...still didn't work.

Am I missing something in what I've already done or does anyone have any suggestions?
