Martin, your Q-services probably are not up correctly.
Try this:
- shutdown both JDE-services
- clear the log directory
- make sure your server´s jde.ini has an entry LogErrors=1, do not enable
DEBUG yet.
- start the JDENET service only, do no start the q-service
- investigate the jde_*.log files (there should be 4 or 5) for any errors
- make sure the security server is working ok.
- if all is ok, start the second service and investigate the newly
created jde_*.log files
- if you still have problems, turn on debugging and repeat all the above

Have you changed JDE password?

I would put a call in to JDE on this right away. Others (myself included)
are having problems with wait state jobs with SP19 and 19.1, but we are on
AS/400, and once we bounce services they run ok. This may happen once a
week, or twice a day. Unpredictable. May be the same problem, though. We
have a call open with JDE.

My problem with wait states seems to have been resolved with putting on
those IBM PTF's... thing are going well with that. I still have other SP19
problems but at least this one looks good for now. You should go out to the
IBM website, put in II12878 (for search) APAR and follow it for the latest
V5R1 IBM requirements... hopefully it will help you also.

The jobs are processing normaly, but after 3 or 4 days they begin ending in error. So I restart the service and they work fine again for more few days.
