Slow to display processing options and data selections

We have added two new Citrix Servers and they are very slow to display UBE processing and data selection options.
The original terminal server displays things quickly.
We have done a full rebuild of data dictionary and global tables, but that hasn't resovled this.

Anyone have any ideas?
