Hi All,
We want to split our TOTAL IT expenditure(incl salaries, outsourcing
fees, depreciation, internet costs, software and licencing, etc) by the
number of devices(workstations, printers, etc) and charge out to various
cost centers depending on the no. of devices in that cost center.
Is this being done in your company?
How is this charge-out calculated?
What is the actual charge-out rate?
Any ideas, comments and feedback will be appreciated. Thank you in
