Server Package Build Fails

I am attempting to build an update package for the client and server. The client package builds without a problem but the server side errors.

All of the directories are created on the Enterprise server but are empty. The JDE.LOG from the build machine indicates:

PKG0005300 - Freeing structures on ASCLUSTER failed!
Unable to create a network message. JDENET error: Invalid message handle.

PKG0002305 - Unable to load detail structures for package UPDTEST

PKG0000019 - Package Build Failed for UPDTEST: Unable to create package header structure.

JDE originally suggested that it might be a space problem but the server has over 60g of free space.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

are the services running on the ascluster at that time?

Most of the times that we had a similar looking message the services where down at that time.

Hello Bill,
to resolve your problem try to build a Full package.
I had the same problem and after I build a Full Package, the Update Package
goes successful.
