User Override / Custom Tab

Does anyone experience any user overrides (custom grid tab) issues on SP18?

When we were on XE SP14, we had no problem with the user overrides (custom grid tab). Later we upgraded OneWorld XE to SP17, we started to get all sort of screen errors. In order to fix the user override problems, we have to delete the user overrides (custom grid tab) and then the program seemed to work fine. As the result, without the custom tab, it created a lot of overhead for the data entry department and employees’ productivity declined. We would like to get as much feedback as possible from you guys so we can be prepared.

See SAR 6188391. We are on SP18.1, where we experience issues with user overrides sporatically. For a few days we were on SP20, where we experienced user override issues consistently which forced us to go back to SP18.1. The above SAR was issued in response to our SP20 issue.
