Z file transaction

I see Interoperability programs for almost all of the transaction sets and
yet I can no documentation anywhere within JDE One World documentation to
tell me how they work, how to set them up, etc. Anyone know a good source
of information for this?

Don,

You can find information for the setup of z file transaction in the application guide for that transaction. For example, the setup of outbound sales orders in in the Sales Order Management guide.

Donald,
Assuming you have a configuration system, please be nice and add it (or them) to your signature, now!
Otherwise you'll get A LOT OF replies asking for it (see Zoltan, Eric and the list never ends) because, you know, JDE kept changing the Z files processing details, in time, in different releases.
For B7321 I used the
a-Store & Forward doc
b-the AR manual: Advanced & Technical, + Appendix H
For B7332 I downloaded a nice "Interoperability B7332" html compressed file from KG (I cand send it as an attachment on your personal email address, if you want it).
I hope it's a good start,
Adrian

There should be interoperability docs and examples in the interoperability
folder on the deployment server.

I just want to continue Adrian's list:
There is a "Interoperability" documentation under "Technical" folder on the documentation CD for XE.

Re: RE: Z file transaction

Chi,
Is it XE you're talking about?
Thanks,
Adrian

PS Don't want to be rude; just asking a simple question here. Is it
A - The daily habit of Excellence supposed to have one including one's system configuration, or, hum, excuse me,
B - Just plain old technical common sense?
