Yellow Warnings

Bernadette,
Can you please explain how you are altering this setting, I had a look at
the JDEdwards section in "regedit" and couldn't find the appropriate setting
for disabled (greyed out) items.

Sebastian,
I have tried to do this in the past with no success, I'm not a CNC person,
can you please elaborate on "altering the full client package". Is this done
at package build time?

Links to any relevant documentation is much appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Shahroz

In regedit, go to the HKEY=5FCURRENT=5FUSER \ Control Panel \ Colors and=

find the Gray Text. The current setting is 128 128 128. Change this to
another colour (I usually use blue which is 0 0 255 - look at the colour=

settings in paint). Restart your machine and the grayed out text will
change. Be aware though that it will also change the colour setting for
any grayed out text not just the grayed out text in OW.

Bernadette,

Thanks for your reply.
But, wouldn't it mean that you have to do the same "regedit change" to all
fat/thin clients on your system?

Thanks,

Shahroz.

Shahroz

Yes you do and I know that is quite painful but it is the only way I
know to change the colour setting.

Kind Regards
Bernadette
