Writing Russian on OW

Hi: I need to write using Russian characters in OneWorld. I can easily do this in any Windows Application adding the russian language and setting the keyboard to use russian characters. This works perfect in Word, Excel, etc. but when try it on OneWorld only english words or just gargabe comes up to the fields on OneWorld.

Please, any help will be appreciate since I need to setup various languages that require this kind of setting.
