World Writers

In a World Writer program, the user has the option of creating a file instead of a printout. If the file option is chosen, we would like to force the user to a certain output library. Does anyone know of a way to do this. We are currently on release 8.1

Any help that you can give would be very much appreciated.

I doubt there is anyway to FORCE the output to a specific library (unless you get tricky with the code, should you find it....). We simply made a WWDATA library and tell anyone doing downloads to give the download file the same name as the version name (so it is easy to remember and find later) and the library must be WWDATA. Haven't had trouble with anyone yet!

.Our Data Item OLBR only appears in F82100 & the display file V82109.
Wouldn't setting its Data Dictionary parameter Data Edit Rules to "EQ
libname" force that restriction?
