Workflow Error out in Web

Dear All,

We have create one simple workflow in DV. The Exact problem is its working fine in FAT client.but in web its going to Error Status . If i run that work flow in fat client it properly send the approval message to Work center and same in Process task monitor Status Shows Approval and if approved the status go to completed status. but if Run the Workflow in Web(DV) in Process task monitor the status is Error . Please do the need ful ASAP. I am working in JD Edwards Enterprise One E8.12.
