Hi all ,

I have created a work flow with an Action Message .When the Work Flow is called then an E-mail is getting triggered to the Users defined in the distribution list.

Users are Approving or Rejecting request by giving some comments.

Question) Where I can retrieve the comments given by user while approving or rejecting the request .
Please give the solution. Thanks.

Hi Siva,

You have to look into F00165 and use business function to retrieve the text.
