WorkFlow 8.12 Message Escalation Issue

Hi All,

I am working on a Requisition Workflow Issue in which if a person is on Vacation the message gets held and cannot be approved/rejected untill he/she comes back.

It is a Group Processing and standard Power Form (P43E10) is used for creating Requisitions and the approval process is also different than regular P4310 where they have approval routing and can transfer the authority when someone is on vacation.

I am thinking about using escalation Time but, that has also changed with the new release. I cannot see R98810 (Escalation Monitor Batch Program) which escalates the messages.

I would like to know what are the different options that can solve this issue.

Any inputs will be greatly appreciated.
