I am looking for some help on writing a script on our Windows 2000
application server to delete any jde logs and pdfs older than xx days from
the PrintQueue directory. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Dave,

attached is the source code for a VB 6 program that deletes PrintQueue entries older than 'X' days from ALL machines in a given domain.

Enjoy.

Dave,

There is a UBE to remove the PDFs as well as their entries in OneWorld. You can schedule it to run on a regular basis.

R9861101

It can be found in menu GH9012.

Have fun.

The R9861101 will delete the pdfs, however it must be run locally to work
correctly. Can a local job be processed through the scheduler??

Marco,

you can obtain it yourself simply by

1. Using a web browser, navigate to the JDEList website(www.jdelist.com)
2. Select Forums
3. Select the "One World / XE" forum
4. Find this thread (Windows 2000 script) and select it
5. Find the posting from me, Larry_Jones, dated 05/30/01 12:55 pm
6. Click on the high-lighted, yellow "Attachment" which is directly under the date and time. Follow the screen instructions from there.

If you do not have web access from your location then please email me again stating that problem and I will mail the file to you.
