windows 10 grid perosnlisation on 9.2

Is windows 10 compatible wit 9.2? I cant seem to personalise any grids. When I click the button the grid format manager comes up and then the screen reverts back to the home page.

It is probably 9.2 that is doing you in and not Windows 10. Grid formats are now a UDO so if it is not set up properly, including UDO security, then you won't be able to customise the grid.

You can follow the Russell's recommendation. When we created the video on "How to use the Grid ( Table & Grid ) Format on Standalone 9.2 ? ", We have used Windows 10 and Firefox Browser. Grid Format is working fine on windows 10.

Can you let us know which browser you are using ?

Apologies, the issue was Microsoft Edge. Grid Personalisation works fine with google chrome on windows 10.
