Win2k TSE Specs

I am trying to spec out the appropriate servers to handle running JDE (Sales
order entry / Customer service) along with word, excel, outlook and a 10meg
ram/per user phone client. Consultants are saying p4/ 4gig for 30 users
(since I have about 70) I'm probably looking at 3 of them load balanced.

I would like to hear if any of you are running on 2000 terminal services
without citrix, and what kind of setup your using / how effective it's been.

Thanks!
