I'm sure, MSDE is running, and I install SQL SERVER single version in my computer, it works correct.
How can I to check MSDE is right or wrong, Whick tools can I use to do it?

What is your system's configuration? Example is what I have in my signature.

Also, you mentioned that you have MySQL loaded on your machine as well. How do you know that MSDE JDELOCAL is running?

Does this only happen on one client or everyone?

Ok,I'm Sorry, it is B9 Standalone.
I am sure JDELocal is installed well, because by SQL tools Enterprise Managent can find it. and it looks good.
So I very Confused about it.

Its clear you have not started your SQL Server compatible version Services(which came along with your Demo). Double click the Sql Server Service Manager icon in the system tray and start the service. You should be able to login now
