Hi Connie,
this application can be founded in the P4210, Order Review / Check Price History. It will show you the history to compose the sales price, if you have Base Price (price from a certain Item#) and all adjustments from Adv Price (discounts, increases, etc).
You can call this application by itself setting up a version from P4210 to be associated with. In this case you can simulate price with the same conditions (price + adv price).
Maybe You can explore the usage of P42101 to have more features from SO processing, when entering the items, you can have Item availability, pricing, etc, in the same screen.
However, if you intend to push prices or availability prior a Sales Order, then you can use reports based on Availability or Pricing

Good Luck!

P4074 is misnamed as Price History. Really it shows what Price Adjustments have been applied to a SO Line.
When editing a Sales Order it allows changes to those Price Adjustments.

Its part of Advanced Price Adjustments which is an area too large and complicated to go into here.

Thanks so much Larry. So is it a lookup function (for Price Adjustments), only? If a user has access to this objects via a role, can that user update pricing directly?

Thank you! So it appears this is a function to view history of adjustments, is that correct?

Price Adjustments can be a complicated subject that I am not qualified to expound on.
I do believe you have to do setup - sometimes extensive setup - to use.

As others have responded , it is an application which is integaretd with sales order to show how and what adjustments are coming into play for a unit price of that line . In sales order , using price history or check price, sales reps can override price and key in adjustments to change unit price . P4074 on its own can be used to check pricing for an item by reps . You can also use it on orcehstrators and others to simulate price generation and others . There are other UBE and processes for price list R45524 526 etc etc

Yes, of course, by default, it's possible to add / change / remove any adjustment. It's recommended to restrict the access to this application (view mode). Mathieu
(the famous F4211/SDPROV is put to '1' in case of change for audit purpose)
