Please let me know what are the tables will be updated when i do pick confirmation in JDE?

F41621 F4111 GETS updated when we do the confirmation

It's hard to give a definitive reply to this question as some of it depends on how you have implemented JDE. You'll see the warehouse suggestion table get updated (F4611), the commitments in the F41021 will get updated and the Cardex F4111, you'll probably see the sales order status change on the F4211 and sales ledger F42199, you might see the shipment status change...

Those are some of the high points I can think of off the top of my head.
