I am trying to see if any of the user in list have upgraded to Webmethods 8.2?. I want to know if there are any know issues with E1 8.12 TR 8.97 or E1 9.0

I was involved in a Proof Of Concept onw WM8 + JDE.

Yes, it work with no issue.
