We are having some random web client exception in PD. what isthe root cause of an web client exception.One of the user got the following exception:
"There was a problem with the server while running the business function ConnectToGeocoder Database(B0701230)".
As soon as one user gets an exception all others are getting web cleint exceptions on some random applications. So its been hard to determine the root cause for the exception.
What is the best way to tackle the web exception from the CNC standpoint? or from development team.
Please share your thoughts or experience on these kind of issues?
