E9.2 Watchlist Guardrails

Dear friends,

We have some concerns about having users run a wild query through watchlist having performance impact. I know we can put threshold limits while creating them but are there any other ways we put better check point so that a rogue query does not impact the performance or cause headache as CNC.

You control who has access to create UDO's, whether they are queries or watchlists (or any other UDO). You may want to consider granting access for creating UDO's only to certain power users, business analysts or even just your I.T. folks (assuming they would all understand performance impacts).
