Void GL Entry

Hi guys. This may be a simple issue, but I am CNC/Tools, so maybe there are
some apps/functional people out there. The issue is that one of the
employees here cannot void a reversing entry that involves an intercompany.
What I understand from her is that the automatic entries (AE) do not get
voided. I have looked over the instructions from JDE, and it looks like she
is doing it correctly, but not being the apps person there may be something
that I am just not aware of. Are there any special steps to voiding a G/L
reverse entry that involves an intercompany account?

The AE entries should be voided (reversed) when you run the Post program.
If it failing to do so, I'd do a SAR search or call Response Line.
