When I paste a word document to a JDE work order on the attachment tab, the document looks fine on-line, but when I print the work order, the format changes. Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

No, there isn't, delton.
But you could attach the word document (instead of pasting), retrieve it, and print it manually and totally separated from the WO.
