Is there a simple command that will tell me who is logged in to JDE (and therefore using a licence).

This command will tell you who's in JDE. Also you may access SLM which tell
you the count and other informations.

From menu G943 Software License Manager option 2 for Job Information
will show you who is logged on and how many licensed sessions they have.
It will show in the header how many licensed sessions you are currently
using and how many you have.

I don´t know a AS400 command, but at the G943 option 2, there is a job that can help you!

On our system, I can just type 'who' on the command line and press enter.
The system translates this as WRKSBSJOB QINTER.
