users kicked out from application

Hi All,

We have 5 terminal server. And ofently users are getting kicked out from JDE while working. So far, looks like issue is only when they get connected to two specific terminal servers. I also get this error message and usually connect through Fat client. I looked at Event Viewer of fat client and it had following messages:

Faulting application activconsole.exe, version 1.0.0.1 faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00000000.

This issue occurs anytime.

We are on SP24.1.2. terminal serevrs on Windows 2003.

Have you ensured that for each terminal server, global tables have been built and copied for each path code?

sorry for delayed response. I noticed this time it reported indicating ntdll.dll .

YEs we have build the global table spes and placed them on terminal servers. i had one of users replicating issue on fat client and capture eventviewer. PLease see attached screenshot.
