User session Invalid. Report can not be found

We are on JDE 9/8.98.3.2/Windows 2008 R2/SQL server 2008/Weblogc 11g.
Whenever a user submit a report to the enterprise server and tries to view pdf from the submitted jobs, randomly getting "User session Invalid. Report can not be found" error". but user still user can continue with this work or run another report. Anyone faced this problem ?

I have seen the same issue happening in EDGE browser for me but it works perfectly in Chrome and IE, Were you able to fix it
