User Profiles

Hi

This may sound like a stupid question but how do you and can you delete a
user profile?

I'm asking this as we have users that have been set up and have then left
the company.

I can't find any reference to deleting user profiles in the Sys Admin
manuals or on the on-line Help.

You can run application P0092 (User profiles app), find the appropriate user profile you wish to delete and delete it.

As a secondary action, check P00950 application to see if there is any security associated to the profile you are deleting as when you delete the profile the security for that profile is not automatically deleted.

Hi LArry,

I agree with Larry response but I add an addition step of logging on as the user and clean up their Work-Center.
