Yeah, we just did this ourselves last month - upgraded from 5.0 to 6.0. Had Vision Tech Support do the upgrade. Went seamless. Still have to figure out how the new system works however.
We have had one hiccup. Last week the % ASP used on our target box was 65%. I've updated the data on our test environment over the weekend and then checked our % ASP used and it was 98% (yikes!) Got IBM on the phone to bring it down to 87% but found out the Journal Receivers were growing continually (and continue to do so) -have an open issue with Vision to figure it out.
They have been pretty good with our other tickets - so hopefully this should work out well too.
